Joint Base Langley - Eustis, Virginia is home to recreational hunting opportunities for military personnel. Since 2004, military personnel have had access to hunting opportunities at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Hunting opportunities for small game, whitetail deer and waterfowl are available. To qualify, you must be a citizen of the state. If you are stationed outside the state, you can purchase a hunting license by paying $9. Active duty service members are eligible to buy resident hunting and fishing licenses if they are stationed in a state and have lived there for six months or more.
